請問"likes" 和 "is like" 有何分別及點用.

like is the main verb in a sentence
e.g He likes ice-cream 喜歡

for "is like", is the main verb but like is the preposition
e.g They are like brothers and sisters.

他們就像兄弟姐妹一樣。
