有冇俾小孩學普通話的教材介紹?

我現居美國, 我想俾個女(2.5yo)學普通話, 但這裡的chinese schools 要5 or 6 yo先有得上( one class per week).  我自己唔係好識, 但想早D俾佢接觸普通話.  小朋友0-5yo學語言好容易.  好似囡囡咁, 佢一出世我就在家同佢講eng & cantonese, 佢好自然雙語, 跟本唔洗學....所以我唔想等咁耐先去上堂學.

講左咁耐, 我想知hk有冇D高質數既普通話教材(要有發聲), DVD之類, 有冇普通話兒童節目dvd? 有冇其他好提意?

可考慮 "我會說普通話", 出版社為新格媒體, 由星加坡製作, 可選擇普通話和廣東話兩種語言, 廣東話頻道的分別是在重要教材部份才用全普通話演譯, 一套共3張DVD, 只買一張亦可, 因時間相隔太久, 價錢方面不敢肯定, 大約是$30港幣一張, 畫面質素一般, 但故事內容不錯, 因是星君坡出版, 所以用繁體字, 有些用語不是大陸用語, 但己經是不錯的選擇.

故事內容講述一班學生在幼兒園的生活, 老師教他們認識自己的身體, 家庭, 友愛, 顏色, 水果, 交通工具......, 包括講故事和唱兒歌等, 可觀性甚高.

在香港的三聯書店, 商務書店, 大眾圖書店和HMV等 有售.

    my son likes it very much!
5 VCDs in total.
"我會說普通話" in traditional Chinese version
and "我會說华語" in simpified Chinese version.

Sorry for late reply. The books and CDs are good for the begginners. You'd better check the products on their website. Maybe you can also join the membership in  the States and use their on-line materials,your kid can listen to the stories and read e-books on their website.  I didn't buy any for my kid since he attends Mandarin class in this centre so that we can use the on-line materials insteads. Moreover, the books and CDs are a bit expensive but very gd.

Sorry for late reply. The books and CDs are good for the begginners. You'd better check the products on their website. Where did you get that mandarin talking machine?  Do they have it in 'Law Woo' Shopping Center located next to the train station?

I just browsed the www.betterchinese.com website and found the following info, very interesting. Thanks Sheryl.  BTW, where is the learning center located in HK?  My friends in HK are interesting in it too.

I have a yearly subscription on a taiwanese product (www.benesse.com.tw) and I think it's really good. Every month they will send a box which contains 2 books with stickers, cut-n-paste activities, etc, one DVD/VCD and a toy or music CD+book. My son loves it and is always very excited when he receives his parcel from the postman every month.

The theme is different every month but it's always positive teaching like how to properly wash hands, taking turns in the playground etc.
