請問小一申請表，要填父母occupation, 咁同job position 有咩分別？

Job position: lecturer/teacher/teaching assistant...

I would look at this this way -

"Education", "Banking" are just descriptions of the field or area in which you work.     Occupation should refer to matters such as "University academic", "banker", "lawyer".  "Job position" refers to the title, or rank.      

If you are a University academic, you may be a lecturer, an associate professor, or a Chair Professor.  

If you are a banker, your job position may be "teller", "VP in Marketing", "Head of Derivative Products".  

You may be a lawyer, but your job description may be "associate solicitor", "senior partner" etc.
