Just ask the Tune Piano worker who said that it is very hard to detect the performance of the piano. Even I employ him to have a look but this is only for the outlook of inside & outside. Some problem may arise after a few months. This problem not only for the 2nd hand piano but even 1st hand in Tom Lee as well. See your luck.
