I know that HK Children Go Academy's圍棋班 also held at Hung Hom. I think 圍棋班 really can help children improve their problem solving skill.

You can also try 2330 5887 if you live near Hung Hom or Tokwawan.  They have Go Classes. I think they are co-operating with Hong Kong Go Association.

圍棋一如其他棋類，易學難精，博大精深，很難說甚麼時候叫識晒。也正因如此，小朋友可以不斷進步，不斷段練思考，長玩長有，是一種體、藝以外不錯的課外活動。

一般而言，學幾課已經懂得怎樣下，但其中有相當多的技巧是要慢慢學習的，要學得多深入則端視乎家長希望子女達到那一級別而矣。

另外就是選擇到那裡學的問題。如果只希望子女懂得下就算，那麼到那裡去學都分別不大。但如果希望這是一種長期的課外活動，希望參加公開賽，則大概有以下標準：

1.        老師要夠專業
2.        會址要像樣
3.        會址要聚集不同棋力的小朋友，可以隨時到那裡切磋

My daughter's son (of 5 years old) has just learned 5 lessons in Kowloon side at 25th floor, 'Golden Gragoon Boat Restaurant' building.

I think my grand son is too young to learn this kind of chess. He should go again at about 6-7 years old. The teachers are quite good, and very good trained. I myself has also learned three lessons (lesson 3,4 and 5) together with my grand son together. It is alright that I have learned quite well and understood.

Alwong, I have tried quite a few time to play in the Yahoo.com game of 'Go', and found most of the players are in high standard skill. I could not win them mostly. I think must take about at least 10 lessons about the 'GO' skill development.
