It really depends on what is your target category primary school. Just join lucky draw? DSS or private school? If you prefer the later, York would be better! If lucky draw, then maybe Creative.

What is the tuition fee of Creative? York International K1 this year is $4200 x 11. Mis fee around $4000/year (you can choose which to join, that means optional), book fee around $2400, tea service around $4400/year (optional, you can arrange by yourself)

If total cost is similar, choose York! There are 3 teachers in a class, local class teacher+NET class teacher+assistant. Class size less then 30. Mandarin everyday.
