應該可以，而且對腸胃好，但要小心選擇，因市面上大多數的兒童乳酪也很甜和加了添加劑，我認為這些添加劑對BB無好處，最好買標明Baby Yogurt的，我的BB六個月時開始吃Yoplait的Baby Yogurt作為小吃，約$25四杯，在大的百佳有售。

To hart, will you only give the yogut to your BB when the yogut is not COLD?  How long will you leave the yogut (after taking out from refrigerator) on the table before giving it to your BB?  Thanks for your sharing!!

Yes I only gave it to my baby when it was not freezing cold and so I usually left it in room temperature for about 15 minutes.  My baby didn't like cold milk and so I assumed she didn't like cold yogurt either although it should be ok for babies to eat cold food.  As long as it's acceptable to your baby, I think it's ok.
