我囝兩三歲時飲親維他奶都有痰，所以我好少俾佢飲。

I think try to change the habit to drink milk. Both of my kids (9 yrs old & 4 yrs old) still drink milk powder.

我小朋友7歲,到現在都未停過飲奶,醫生話可以一路飲到大,但我有一疑問,我試過D奶,好甜,每日早晚都飲3-4安,有糖份過高的問題嗎?

Vitasoy contains salt and complex sugar which are not healthy.

Most milk powder does not contain complex sugar but simple sugar like glucose and lactose which are good.

聽人講小朋友吸收過多糖份是變蠢和有過度活躍,所以小兒都係少飲有人造糖的飲料。間中飲吓就無所謂。
