My diaghter joined two before:
03 Easter holiday - 5-day English Camp at the American International School in Kowloon Tong
04 Summer - adventure camp in Gold Coast

She likes it very much. She goes wild at different activities like horse-riding, archery, cookery etc.

However, they employed mostly very young students (secondary school students from international schools??) as leaders / helpers.

The programme sounds very interesting.  What is their minimum age requirement for joining their summer camps?  Thanks.

My daughter joined the YMCA English Adventure  Camp in 2004 Summer (the venue depend on which camp,e.g. Gold Coast Hotel, some int'l schools). I agree with KSun, the leaders/teachers are very young and I wonder if they are experience enough to handle kids' requirement and maintain the camp's quality.   My daughter's comment is just so-so and she told me that those leaders/teachers were not always talk in English.. Hey, how come the Camp's title is  so-called "English Adventure Camp"?   SO.. I hesitate to have my daughter join again this summer.

They say that the courses are for those aged 5-13. Summer enrollment starts on 8 May 2005.
