1) Yau Ma Tei
2) CSK LS
3) KLT Govt

based on the threads i read here:
1) YMT - often praised by media.  with good principal and teachers, and facilities.  many graduates went to good secondary schools.
2) CSK LS - tied to 2nd tier secondary school
3) KLT Govt - BillyM always says that its students are just so-so in terms of everything.

The reason is very simple.  The school is very big and the school is quite good (listen from the others).  How about U?

其實我不明白,為甚麼說到九龍塘官立咁差?我朋友個仔在這裡讀,佢覺得老師都幾好,學校很注重小朋友的德育和心智發展,注重紀律。佢小朋友雖然成績不是最叻,但都讀得好開心!! 我又有朋友個仔讀油天,第二個月已不想返學! 所以揀學校要看看是否適合小朋友..如果有甚麼事例關於九龍塘官立咁差, 請講出來傾下.......

It is unnecessary to have such ranking.  The most important things are on the child's ability and input of the parents and teachers. What do you want your child to be?  What is the ability of the child?  Does he cope with a lot of homework or very hard subjects?  Do the parents spend a lot of time in teaching the son?  Don't just rely on the teachers of the well known school.  In fact, they cannot help.  Don't just focus on the name of the school.
