I live in the neighborhood and have not noticed the lines, but since you mention it, I'll have a look tomorrow when I go out. To be honest, I believe you will access more pollution, other electric towers, spreading of germs in the city that is more detrimental to your health than some power lines in a remote area like HLY. I think if the lines are really that "close", then people will not consider to live in HLY nor the housing prices would be so high.
