Year 9 Reigate Grammar School vs Whitgift School

Whitgift 12月已經收了囝囝9月讀 Year 9 day place，已交一期學費。囝囝比較好動，有參加學校田徑隊和打籃球，亦有參與樂團。

剛剛收到 Reigate Grammar School waiting list 取錄通知。

請問有這兩間學校的家長可分享小朋友的學習情況嗎？RGS 學術比 Whitgift 優秀，但學習氣氛如何？會催谷嗎？值得放棄一期學費轉讀 RGS 嗎？感謝

In 2023 88.1% of all grades awarded were at 7, 8 or 9 (equivalent to the old A/A*). Nearly 40% of grades awarded were a 9.

15 students achieved 9s in all their entries and a further 34 achieved all 8 or 9 grades.

46 pupils completed the challenging Additional Mathematics qualification, with 35 obtaining the top grade.

Whitgift 適合好動仔仔，有籃球隊，學校也重視，仲有好多其他活動玩。
我唔覺Whitgift谷，自由發揮。 Sixth Form 可以揀IB。

我覺得2間學校差唔多，唔係好值得搬。英國搵屋搬比較麻煩

原來是指呢位，真係可惜。學校最近都有出email 講返follow up，阿仔話最近早會都有講。

whitgift 好多活動，好適合好動男孩。RGS 活動都多，但感覺無 whitgift 咁多。另外可考慮學費及校舍設施，whigift 較大同環境比較modern, 但相對學費較貴。RGS 設施無咁 fancy 但都應有盡有嘅。
