我又不同意,DBSPD今年收生好著重 interview,所以個個人都有機,更加要重搥出擊.至於 TSL,最後實有位淨,所以唔洗擔心.

Are you kidding, yes late does not mean no chance to have an interview but it is a matter of courtesy and sincerity, it show how important and care you concern the matter. whereas I agree with what Mrssslui said, there are a certain number of dropping out in 陳守仁 at the beginning of every school year.

If I were siuwa, I would certainly cherish this chance of attending the interview of DBSPD.

thank all of you, I would go for DBS only.  it is impossible to attend 陳守仁's interview, because the interview time is the same, we would late for at least 2 hours if we go for 陳守仁's interview.  and I think not school would allow it.

I don't think so. DBSPD only emphasizes interview this year and ECA only accounts for 10% marks.

我會覺得陳守仁為首選, 咁多人都話去DBSPD, 而你地有幸有2nd interview, 真的好難得.  如果你覺得自己個小朋友有把握, 可以首選陳守仁, 始終命仲率高好多.

what the DBSPD has emphasized this year is the performance of the applicants during interview, ECAs no longer carry muh weight

1.        I am not kidding but serious. Have you read my story of the late but success case? Go to the link below and read my story, then you will find that late does not mean no chance. However, absence is likely no chance – TSL is not an easy-to-enter school.

2.        Let me ask you a question: 假如你是校長, 你會選個乖巧但遲到的, 還是選個頑劣而早到的? 遲到是家長問題, 現在是選小朋友, 不是選家長.
當然, 我不是校長,只能以常理推測. 你也可以說家長的誠意亦會被考慮. 但事實上, 9月1日來上課的才算是真正誠意!   

3.        As you are offered the second interview to TSL, your chance becomes about 1/3. For DBSPS, the chance is 1/13 – who will turn down the offer from DBSPS?

4.        Please also seriously look at the interview schedule of TSL. Each group of interviewees can stay at the same room for half an hour only. That means the interview time is short and you will not be too late for DBSPS after TSL interview. But if you go DBSPS first, it will take at least 1.5 hours at DBSPS.

5.        Of course, you may say that you like DBSPS much more than TSL. Then it is the outweighing personal factor to abandon TSL. To me, the two schools are not much different – both are equally excellent.

6.        DBSPS said it will base on interview performance for the first round selection. But, interview is subjective. Who can verify whether it follows the said criteria & marking scheme?

7.        DBSPS的marketing真厲害, 令不少家長們認為兒子入不到便前途盡毀!(just kidding this time) :

Indisputably in the early stage of P1 application for all private and DSS schools, the competition for all of them is keen and nobody could guarantee to secure a seat, however when the date for 9月1曰 draw near, a number of successful applicants would drop out for some reason this phenomenon is particular obvious for some private or DSS schools (TSL being one of them).
