St Cat vs Anfield

小兒現有K1 St Cat am and Anfield full day offer.  

想請教大家如將來小學target CAIS, ESF等，讀哪一間會比較好？我們比較心儀St Cat, 始終是名幼，但又怕英文不是太強...好糾結

最初報名時未諗定IS or LS, 但由於將來都諗住去外國升學，所以現在想讀IS去外國應該會比較容易適應。

Exactly, hahaa, for my case, i pick anfield instead of st cat too, 唔會因為名幼以選(虛榮心）係選小朋友條路

如果target IS. 我會選擇Anfield. 不要因為名幼嘅名而選擇St Cat.

如果target ESF, 就入ESF 幼稚園，好似明年開始，ESF 幼稚園可以直升ESF 小學。

有報esf k1, 但我們是N無人士，所以連interview 機會都無。

講得好啱，應該選適合的K, 不是揀名幼

Me as well, so we hv to at least admit my daughter to intl kindergarten first. If not, it’s even harder to go to esf, fis etc... so we choose anfield. I also gave up other LS offers...

Yes, this really depends on what your target is and what you think about the “curriculum”.

Yes! Totally agree! We have to understand our orientations about “learning” - do you believe in play based learning or sth else? How you see what a kid needs is the basic driver to your choice.

Anfield 已付$17000留位費，St Cat 7/12先註冊，所以想儘快決定

We got Anfield pm and St cat as well and have paid $17k for Anfield.
We are struggling between these 2 but i think we should take Anfield as our target is also international school. I think entering Anfield has much higher chance to enter international primary 2 years later.

The only concern is the chi level of my kid. We won't expect my kid having same chinese standard with local school but still want him to study certain level of chinese...

so give and take......
