Both schools have admitted my daughter for the 2006 academic year. However, I'll still try the "luck draw" for St. Mary.

Can anyone share their views on St. Clare's and True Light in terms of reputation, academic result, etc.

Yes,of course. Both schools are private.
St. Clare's  = 中西區聖嘉勤小學
True Light  = 香港眞光中學(小學部)
兩間都唔使簽投降書，咁好？純係交留位費？
兩間都唔同教個喎。

Thanks for the info.

Before I fill in the reply slip to Education Bureau, I called the Principal of St. Clare's, Mrs. Alice Wong and frankly asked her if my daughter could still participate in the Central Allocation, and yet her school won't withdraw my daughter's place. Her answer is a relief to me. She appreciates that parents have the right to pick their favourite school and hence she assures me that St' Clare's won't withdraw our place even though we go for the "lucky draw". She welcomes us to get back to St. Clare's if we fail in the "lucky draw" for our favourits school.
