SFA dictation of P2

My daughter said that , the teacher question 2 words (headmaster and prefect ) of dictation exam , all student said there had not this 2 words in that few pages , but teacher request them to check New Welcome book  after school , So checking by my daughter and me .
Actually ,there had not .
Why? Is the teacher test their ability of unseen dictation in exam ?

You can find the word " prefect" on p.22
part B Ken is a "prefect".  Act Ken

Also, the word "headmaster" on p.24 at the lower part of part D
Now help the "headmaster" to write the rules for Beeno's school.

Yes , I want confirm with her teacher , but I worry if we do this will make our child ,s  image not good !

Is it possible you do not mention about your child's name through the phone.

But , they will ask the name of my child first when I phone to school everytime , So I don't know how to do ,  every mark is important for my child . She mentioned  that many time that is not fair , but I just told her .........may be you ask your teacher to handle , I felt can't help her .

If you insist not to tell the name of yr child and only want to talk to Miss Ng.  Is it possible?
As I know Miss Ng who is the Chairperson of English teacher.

Just take it easy.   The marks of Eng dictation will not count in the examination.  It may be better to comfort your daughter to forgive others who made mistakes and face every challenges in the future.  It is not a big deal at all.

Hi Papaya,  I also feel u should take it easy.  
No matter count the marks or not,  your daughter is only P2,  that will not affect her promotion or allocate to Secondary section, right?   

You may take this as a lesson to your girl - nothing is necessary within your control.     Do her best will be enough !   I can tell you my daughter's school already taught these 2 words by P1 level.

My sister always fight with the school - complain the school bus services,  make her girl the only one wear Winter uniform before the school's notice date,  ask teacher to let her girl go to toilet anytime she want....   All these make her girl very "outstanding" in the class.  But of course this is in negative sense in the eyes of the teacher.  

This is just a very minor thing,  teach your girl to relax & accept.   No big deal !

Understand that every mark is very important to your girl. But don't be so stress, your each reaction will make your girl under pressure.

I told the case to my son, but my son said : we already learnt these two words, we should knew that. If teacher only said dict "a boy", but during the exam lesson, she dict "I am a boy", but I spell "am" wrongly, can I argue with the teacher?? >>>>>it's a kid's view. How about your girl? what's she think??

In fact, same case in the Chinese dictation, teacher讀時讀多一個"中"字,this make some classmate cannot got full marks, but most of them only said "doesn't matter 90 or 100 are grade "A" in our report..haha >>>it's our kid's view.

Actually, in each school, so much minor things will occur (late return worksheets for study, not clear insturction for doing homeworks.....), let the kids to adapt and smooth it.

My son is also studying P.2 of SFA.  Everytime we just encourage him to do all his best in the examination.  we only pay attention to his mistakes or shortcomings arose from the assessment/exam despite the fact that `high mark` is one of the encourging tools.
