My son's music teacher is a young boy (around 20+), I gave him $100 laisee.

But my daughter's violin teacher is a man around 50, it is not so appropriate to give him laisee.  So I bought him a present for the Chinese New Year.

Besides, I also prepared Christmas gifts for both of them as a token of thanks for their teachings.

我都係俾$100開工利是給鋼琴老師, 琴行Ｄ receptionist 都冇俾, 利是我冇親手派, 是叫阿女轉交給她。

我多數收到2封$50, 也有2封$100, 但婚後就1封過, $100 or $200. 我就比利是個學生, 2封$20!!
其實都係心意, 不過收到大封都會好開心, 覺得個家長認同自己!!
