They have different natures, so if you have prioritized your choice, it is not difficult to make decision:

Teaching medium - St Joe (most English),華德 (most Chinese)
程度 (in terms of English) - St Joe (1 level higher), 華德 (normal)
School fee - St Joe ($2,???), 華德 (free)
中學校網 - St Joe (Kwun Tong), 華德 (Kln City)
Homework - St Joe (6-7 daily), 華德  (less?? not sure)

Each school must have its own pros and cons, prioritization will help.  The answer to your question may be somehow biased if you ask here in St Joe's site.
