My daughter joined JOLLY CLOWN LEARNING CENTRE when she was 18 months until to now.She's K2 's girl.I let her continue to join the Course " EXCITING ENGLISH" She enjoys so much. And ask for go to English Learning Centre. Her English  becomes better than before, she can speak a sentence by herself ( But the grammar not correct) At least she like to try. I feel so happy.
You can try to call them and get information. The teachers are nice and responibilty. Sat course almost full. 24928108,, call the centre and join it together.  :

$880 for 4 lessons (general Eng)
$550 for 4 lessons (Phonics)

As for Step Ahead, you may need to check it out.  I don't have the info.
