You can wait for 2 or 3 months. But I have seen 8-10 months kids joining playgroups with some 14- 16 months kids . They have no problems to play and listen stories in the playgroup. Of course they need helps from the teacher and mums or maids. You may try to contact 2333 3246 for playgroups for 6 months up. They are in Kowloon.
