想問each parent, your child's result after lucky draw
For example,

教統局都話呢個號碼係隨機製造出黎,亦會立即消毀,所以統計都無用,就算係同身份證號碼有關,都係唔可以改變到,無謂將d咁私人野放上網.......你唔係別有用心....難保其他人無的呀

Really, I just want to consolidate the figure to see whether our child's study path is in fact "ALREADY DECIDED" by / from the 1st date of his/her birth. If this is the case (priority decided by the number inside the ( ) ), I think I must be very disappointed as it CANNOT be changed. Also, I am NOT requesting any parent to disclose their child the whole ID NO. It just disclose the last number inside the blanket ( ) to see the relationship between the lucky draw priority and the ID. NO. ( ). That's all....

Right, but I have already made another simply research for the number of student with their ID no. blanket ( ) by one of my friend who is working at school.

Do you know the result about the distribution for (1,2....0 & A) of those students ?
It is very "EVEN". Believe it or not.

Also, I would like to say especially thanks to those parents who are willing to join the statistics under this topic.

As this is rumour, e.g. if your child's id blanket number ( ) which is "1", most likely, it will get the 1st choice in the lucky draw, if your child's id blanket number ( ) which is "9", most likely, it will get the 9th choice in the lucky draw, and so and so.....

I can tell you there's absolutely no relationship and don't be naive.

The number or character in the () is the check-digit derived from the alphabet and the 6 numbers to make it more difficult to make up an id number for illegal use.

Bear in mind that no every child joining the allocation has HKG issued birth cert.  There are situations that children have neither HKG birth cert nor HKG id no.
