Thanks for your advice.

I have just learnt from a colleague about this school. The son of this colleague has studied in this school for nearly two years since five years old.  

I would like to share his comment with you for reference :-

1.   Expensive  $$$$$ It is nearly triple the price than the others.

2.   Usually there is a performance or show every two or three months. There will be extra lessons and rehearsal for the show.  Once again $$$.

3.  Every summer, there will be a overseas training trips. Last summer, they go to Australia.  Once again $$$$$$. Other than the journey expense, there will be tuition fee during the stay in Australia.  $$$$

4.  Regarding the qualification of the teachers, they are good. They are graduate from famous Music School.

Personal comment from my colleague:-

1.        His son is kept busy for the preparation for the show during his study in this school.
2.        The teacher asked his son to attempt Grade 2 exam in 2007 summer. He feels not comfort about this point. In 2007 summer, his son will study violin in this school for over three years and will only achieve a grade 2 standard. In a common perception, there should be one year for one grade ( i.e. his son should achieve Grade three after three years studied ).
3.        He would like to change to other teacher upon a good one is found.

I am a new user of BK.  I don't know whether it is OK for me to talk to you under this topic.

Is that your daughter studying in HKUGA?  My son has to apply P1 this Sept.  Do you have any comment to me?  I feel very worry about that.  

Did you attend the briefying of Ocean Park Summer School?  Thank you very much for your information so that I can enroll the summer school successfully.
