So far, I am scratching head on their arrangement.
If like Kau Yan that has one interview only (arrrange from teachers) to select students, then I can understand that it saves time.
But if Raimondi plan to use second interview to select student, it can use a panel like DBS or other schools that is interview from headmistress or vice-headmistress. The point is that for final selection, the decision making should be a central body
But today interview seems that there are 30 teachers that is 30 selection body. So I don't really know how the measurement be standardized among all the candidates.
Besides, does any one watch the teachers refer some info to the application form or portfolio during interview. I can't see by the way and so I don't know is the portfolio useful in this case.
