但你個位朋友應該係 "特殊人物" , 才一早七月頭通知並收埋佢囝囝(亦可能係佢囝囝非常特出)  

我意思問一般 "凡夫俗子" 有無收到通知? 因學校係答七月左口會寄信給申請者!!!!!! :wink:

My friend also "knock LS door". She drop portfolio in the collection box right in front of the door on Jun 3 (the announcement date of central lucky draw). Then she called on the coming Monday to ask about if the school received her portfolio. The staff said yes and will mail her the result no matter there is placement or not at the end of July or in the beginning of August. But my friend called LS on this Monday and the staff said ALL P1 PLACEMENT HAS BEEN FILLED UP. ALL BOYS HAVE ALREADY CALLED FOR INTERVIEW ALREADY. So I think you no need to think of ANY POSSIBLITY.

Sorry I forget to mention that my friend's son got 14 shields in Cambridge Starters Test but still no hope.

其實我對叩門喇沙都唔抱好大希望，因實在太多申請者俾佢揀呀，而且位得幾個,有關係既(我意思指教會背景/識校監既/識校長既都一大籮/攞幾個獎既申請者都大把佢揀)！
唔到我地 "平民百姓"呀,不過學校話會七月中左右回覆申請者, 咁無論有無位都叫做通知聲,我寄左六.七次profilio.內有回郵信封,都無一次回覆呀!!!!    

不過,我地做家長既,盡加而為,其他就聽天安排啦!!!

I received a letter from LS on last Sat saying that no more seats.  That's all.  So no interview even my son gets full marks (15 shields) in Cambridge English test (starter).

I received the letter replied us that P.1 is full .

I check the mail box for two days but no letter is received.  Did LS send the rejected letters to all applicants on the same day?  I send the profile on May & also hand it on June 3.

Even though not accepted, I hope to receive the rejected letter.

我和你一樣還未收到信, 但我也不知想收到還是不想收到, 因為我的小朋友上的奧數堂上有很多喇沙小朋友極度頑皮, 不但上堂影響秩序, 還不尊師重道,當面話老師是肥婆, 放屁老師等等...... 試問一個小朋友怎可能對老師這樣無禮.只不過是暑期班頭一二堂! 可能他們覺得已是名校生, 所以不可一世. 可能這只是冰山一閣, 又或只是一少部份人而已. 但我很難想像我的小朋友在這環境下讀書有甚麼影響.   :-|
