Hi GE parents!
My girl brought back the Nursery Activity Book 5 yesterday. She had done a page at school, dated 16 Oct but she insisted Ms Ananya told her to do another page at home.
Is that true? Thanks!

And how are your kids coping with the reading scheme?
We have to kind of force her to read... :(

Are you talking about the Phonic book?? This book is distributed for revision every week. I dont note that there is HW on this book. Can you let me know which page u are talking about?? I know they teach letter "C" this week.

For the reading, my girl also not like the book much....I also think the story is not really interesting.....how is ur girl's performance then? how many chop she got?

It's the one with only pink and red colors, the one with a red teddy on the front page.  She had done page 17 at school: "Draw lines to match the two halves of Eddy's pets"

Last time we missed one page of HW and she got really unhappy with us...

She got 4/3 chops with the Eng book and 3/3 chops for the Chi one.  We found a better way to get her to read now!  Somehow she learned quicker when taught by her brother
