Complaint to Disney World of English Bun bun Class!!!

i have paid over $70000 for this DWE, i tihnk that it is very good, but sincei have a helper, i also have enrolled her to the complimentary helper course, hoping that my helper can make use of this material. for the past year, ihave terminated 3 helpers, main reason is that i found out they do not listen to my instruction on the proper use of DWE, which my instraction is actually DWE way. last months, i went to the course with my helper, of course, i am not allowed to be inside, so i waited outside, then!!! i realize why my helper does not follow my instruction!!!
the instuctor literrally said to all bun bun there, they do not need to listen to the instruction, just do whatever they want, if your employer still insists, then it is their fault, ask them to call us, we will then shout at her!! wow, i have spent so much energy on teaching bun to listen to  me... but they taught her not to listen to employer, and that they should play dvd all day long, so they can do hosuehold work!!
i have tlaked to DWE, and they said yes, that is what the trainer said, and DWE is not responsible!!!

wow, I didn't know that!!!! I was going to send my bun to the bun bun lesson too!!!!  I bought the super mickey set for my daughter and instructed by bun bun to play the CD according to the DWE schedule..even though I talked to her sooo many times, she still doesn't follow the schedule... so obviously sending her to the bun bun class won't help!!!
