Application forms are obtainable from the School (entrance on Gascoigne Road, Kowloon), free of charge, on 7th and 8th September, 2006 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Applicants must produce HK birth certificate / HK ID Card / Documents permitting her stay in Hong Kong at the time of obtaining application forms (one form for each applicant).
