Just check with KLN Tong Ice-Skating school. They said semi-private need 2-3 kids and will start on Sept .

剛剛問左太古城那間.星期五晚7pm-7:30pm,星期六上午 11-11:30am or 11:30-12:00pm 但12-12:30pm 清埸.咁最好就係11:00-11:30am.
如四小朋友就二個教練教...

Yes,they include the entrace fee and the fee same as the semi-private $650 per person for a month.
