When I submit the profile to school?

Do I need to attach this profile this application form or submit it when I attend the interview?

Do you mean private school or the lucky draw?  For lucky draw, you can not sumbit profile as they will only accept the form.

For private schools, you can check with the school first.  Some schools will accpet a few pages and some will advise you to bring along if you are invited to join the interew.
