express my upset but too late to help my daughter

My daughter is studying at creative primary school.  I thought it is a ok school until my daughter told me she wasn't allow to go to toilet during the lesson even she need to go very very bad.I uderstand if some kids just doing that to play or for fun so they don't let them is fine.But my daughter is always a good girl in the class and was really need to go. she said she told her english teacher many times and almost cried but she said no everytime.I just regret I found out too late(months after this happent)or i will complaint crazyily about that teacher. can you immagine you need to go very bad but you're not allow to how would you feel??I am very disappointed about that.
