Nice to meet you. My boy is in next class.

My boy said it is boring at school, no games to play.

Will you join the gathering this Fri organised by the PTA?  The purpose of this gathering is good. It's a great chance for our parents to talk to the teachers.  I want to join but cannot, cause I don't want to take leave again. Just wonder why the gathering is not held at weekend and it is in such a short advance notice!!  

I have just checked the school homework on internet. The teachers of your kid's class have already taught them some simple sentences to describe themselves. Is there any homework for your kid yet?

   My son is in 1L.  He said he played the game "Teacher said" today.  He said he enjoyed it so far.

I will not join the gathering cause i can't take annual leave on that day but my husband will join.  

Yesterday my son had the " 工作紙" to do.  He said he need to do the homework on Thursday.

What musical instrument have your chosen for your kid?  We still have not yet decided yet......so poor....as our kid have no idea what he likes to play/ learn.

It's been a busy week for parents as there are lots of notices everyday......

答案
不一定要升羅氏基金中學,但要在五年級時決定. 可以參加统一派位.

問題2)
面試會問怎麽呢

家長: 你為何選LHT, 對家教會有何意見
學生: 大家一同看一個故事(Viedo), 之後老師問問題

Hi katiekma,

I think Him Him Ma Ma has given you very comprehensive answers so I could have nothing to add, except that the interview for kids probably may be in more than one "format" last year.  Mine is just the same as Him Him Ma Ma but someone told me last year that his child's interview was a bit different (sorry that I can't remember what exactly it was).

Anyway, don't worry, just show your "sincerity" during the interview and prepare according to the requirements shown on the application form should be good enough.  Submit a nice profile file of your child together with your application form should likely help based on my particular experience last year.

Lastly, LHT's "real" competition is not too great cause I knew quite a no. of waiting list students could got a seat finally this year.

So, good luck to you and hope your child could get in your "preferred" P-school next year!
