剛在4/12去咗聖瑪加利大幼稚園 interview, 請問有無家長知道上下午班會收幾多人?

am 2 classes, pm 3 classes. Total 5 classes x 30 person = total 150 seats.

what do you think about this school? The primary allocation is very good but it was because of the students own reason because of the government system. So I am wondering is this KG good or not in terms of academic level or chance of getting in DSS, etc.
I just wonder maybe the school like to take in people with religious mark and living in the net 12 to make the allocation profile so good.

And how does it compared with Lingliang CausewayBay? Is there a norm that which one is better?

我覺得兩間既教學方式都唔同~ 好難比較
我會比較鍾意聖瑪加利大

我都有類似的想法,個個都話派得好....20分入St. Paul's sec primary school 似乎唔難,有15分都抽到. 瑪利曼又可能有家姐,媽咪etc....
實則唔講小一派位,聖大比較其他天主教幼稚園(SHCK and SPK以外),有何好處?

that's my question - is there any strong points of this kinder as compared with others - apart from the P1 allocation which seems not related to the kinder itself.
It seems no NET teacher - not strong in English.

我自己的見解:
SMM 係以天主的愛去教導小朋友, 正如佢地的校訓"愛人如己"~
我自己就鍾意佢係天主教幼稚園; 而有20分+target 天主教聖保祿小學, 小一自行分配有D把握~
SMM 是比較開心和輕鬆的幼稚園, 應該係冇默書~
如果打算俾小朋友報直資/私立, 可能要加訓練~

住邊區? 有冇宗教分, 基督教OR天主教? 係唔係舊生?
呢D都影響小一派位~

雖然心儀呢間, 不過, 我女見得好普通 >__< , 機會不大... 唉!

Hi!我住銅鑼灣！有上教會，但未洗禮！之前聽人講女仔讀聖大較好！因多數都會派到跑馬地聖保祿小學！我都有睇過聖大呢幾年既小一派位，又好似真係好多小朋友入到！請問我住銅鑼灣派入這所小學機會大嗎？

咁你女兒都未領洗? 要3歲之前啊~
如果自行分配, 真係好睇你有幾多分... 地區喺第1階段唔重要啊~

To my impression, this is a school good for girls, esp if you have 20 points or above - you can see the P1 allocation of girls are very good in going to band 1 school.
I have heard that even for knocking the door, St Margaret girls can go for Marymount.

我都有in 呢間, 但問我係咪真係想讀, 我又真係咪諗掂...
我都唔明點解佢的派位會咁好,呢個其實都係我報讀的原因...
不過我個囡果日表現好一般,但囡囡係大女,係果度領洗,又係住係附近,希望會加分la
我諗果日好多家長in左3間學校,如果咁好彩3間都收,
我的排位係蘇浙>聖馬加利大>真光
有無家長有其他睇法呀? 一齊分享吓

小朋友在三歲之前跟隨父或母領洗，才有五分。
