my daughter Valerie (22), I would like to know can she finish her lunch box during lunch time. Any helper ma ma can tell me. Becasue she said that can finish up to half box.

我是負責星期五的lunch helper，以我所見，由於飯盒的份量也不少，加上又有餸又有菜，其實大部分小朋友都不能吃掉整個飯盒。

我派飯之餘，其實都會在課室不停巡來巡去，看小朋友吃飯的情況，例如她們有無食菜（絕大部分都不吃菜，所以每次都剩下許多）、叫她們盡量吃多點、不要只吃白飯和白意粉（因為除了焗飯和意粉之外，所有飯和意粉都與餸菜是分開，有時小朋友不懂把汁和餸放進飯和意粉一起吃，她們覺得無味自然吃很少）、提醒她們吃完後多點飲水和勿吃雞皮（雞扒有雞皮的！）及不要只顧吃飯（他們你一言我一語，不叫停真的不夠時間吃飯）等等。

至於水果，因為老師提過小朋友，水果在運送過程中可能會受到污染，但又不可能讓所有小朋友到洗手間洗水果，所以還是建議她們帶回家才吃，但香蕉除外。

觀察所見，學校提供的飯盒尚算衛生，除焗餐外，所有飯盒都是密封的，而且打開時很夠熱。不過其實部分菜式不太健康，好像有一天有燒賣，炒麵和飯團，是最多小朋友選的一款，但一條菜也沒有，所以家長們在晚上唯有給女兒們多吃點菜和水果吧！

chriskoo，我不太認得valerie，我只知她大概坐在前面的位置，印象中坐在前排的女孩吃得不錯。她坐哪裏？讓我下星期派飯時可留意她多一點，再告訴你。

Thanks a lot. very clear and understand.
She sit in first row, but duno which column. Because she is the smallest, shortest and thin.
But I feel hurt about if the lunch provider cannot make the small portion lunch and waste a lot food. So I keep tell my daughter at lease finish half lunch, becasue many ppl in some countries have not enough food for life.

Could you please help and let me know up to which page is the Math textbook and workbook done or completed so far? My daughter was absent from school and told me that she was behind and had to complete the pages that were done in class during her absent week. Can anyone help?

Hi MCS0910,
Please also take a look for my girl, Gloria, for me if you have time. I think she is sitting in the middle or back, guess the 3rd last seat. You can see her picture from the intranet student directory. I posted her picture to the directory finally.
My daughter told me that the lunch tasted good, especially when eaten together with the sauce. She said that she would like to finish up the whole box of rice; however, not enough time to eat. She also mentioned that Ms Chan told them not to eat the apple or pear as these fruits would get dirty during the transportation, etc. Therefore, she didn't eat it at school. She also told me to bring an extra set of fork and spoon in case the ones that she was using dropped onto the floor, she would still have another set to use.

我建議你地教小朋友自己主動 同 MCS0910 打招呼, 自我介紹(名字), 咁會容易D認到個小朋友嘅座位.

我囡都有放多隻spoon 入盒仔for spare, 試吓教個囡將D餐具放在tray內, 不要放在desk 上, 張desk都好細, 會好易推跌D嘢...
提佢食完飯記得執返起D餐具, 有D小朋友唔見咗個cutter, 可能放咗在tray內唔小心連食剩嘅飯盒一齊扔咗 ??

I think your girl is sitting in front of my daughter. Please see if your girl will be willing to hang out with my daughter despite the fact that my daughter is shy and anti-social as she is weak in expressing herself, especially the school requires students to speak English during recess.

Thanks for your help and your daughter's kindness. Your girl is very obedient to your words and is very kind indeed to be with my daughter during recess. I hope that your daughter would not get bored when spending time with my passive daughter. She brought the potato chip yesterday, and she said many ppl come to her and grab the chip. haha

Thanks, chriskoo. Yes, Gloria mentioned about your girl brought chips for snack.
Oh, about the Chinese textbook first term first book, do we still need to bring? I think they have started the textbook first term 2nd book.
The school bag is so heavy everyday.

My girl takes book 2 only in her school bag & leaves book 1 at home for revision for the test on coming Friday.

How's your daughter doing in revising Chinese subject?  My daughter finds it's hard to complete the sentence with the words that she has learnt in the textbook.  Especially when there are no choices given for them to choose from.
