i think for PN class your first priority should be which one is closest to your home. i have heard teachers in both campus are good. i have personally met teachers from fotan campus n from the first impression they are passionate, jolly n dedicated.
I think both are good in term of teaching in general. but if you consider primary school ,there are more people apply for international schools and relatively higher in take to school like RC. For tan seems more focus on local.
