比意見.......幾歲學phonics好 !

The word phonetic means writing words according to their sounds.
(e.g.  /gud/  you know the sounds )
  you can SPELL the word "GOOD" right according   
  to its sounds.


The word phonic means pronounce/language sounds of words.  
(e.g.  a word "GOOD" that you sight )
you can SAY/BLEND the word /gud/ (GOOD's
IPA   symbol)  when you know those sounds  
of  phonemes /g/ /oo/ /d/.
