You have got 2nd in? I thought is better than nothing we have got. At least, you have one more chance for your child to show his/her performance to the principle. Good luck

My daughter is studying at Victoria PN class now. According to my experience if you got the 2nd interview invite that means your kid has been accepted. They just wanna introduce their Levy to you during the 2nd interview.

Yes fully refundable. Like the other parent said, Principal did give a brief explanation about levy for the purpose of up keeping the hardware in the campus, which I think it's very reasonable.

Just a super optimistic guess. Use HMT campus as an example. There are ~1200 applications which only have 86 offer. Assume the school pick the most out performer from a group of 8 in first interview. 86/(1200/8), so around 50%
