試問有邊間私小直資唔係直接或間接問學術呢？年年如是…… 佢都係用不同方法揀啱自己style嘅細路啫，其實都睇到自己啲細路啱唔啱讀

你個女好叻喎。舊年問過D考生包括D收咗的都不能夠說出實質內容，只係話有跳舞㝍字。我喜歡paper tests 這才能test 到考生的capability, hehe 最好㝍字加作文Tim

其實first interview 還在進行中，公平起見，還是待今晚或之後再討論面試內容吧

Using "capability" for a 5-year-old kid is too harsh.

今晚阿囡突然話好希望DGJS收佢, 事關表姐仔讀緊, 可以一齊返學, 於是我問起當日INTERVIEW時D細節, 先知道阿囡晌數學題圈答案時圈錯了, 我問她既然知答錯, 為何不改正?! 她說沒擦膠, 她更說已舉手問老師, 但老師說沒有擦膠可提供, 於是在沒有改正情況下就交卷了.... 唉.... 如果因為咁而冇得入SECOND IN, 我覺得好唔抵囉.....

係呀！我個女都話鉛筆頭有擦膠，不過佢自己就好小心答題，所以不需用擦膠。

DGJS has been using such interview methods for the past 3 years to select their 2nd in candidates. I don't understand why this issue sounds so high profile this year as my girl was also selected this way during the same period last year.

我識得幾個舊生的女女入咗，亦識得有一批無收到，dg 無指明舊生有得加分。但dps 有，舊生兒子有10 分。

我識得D Dgjs girls 有D好proactive，有D幾shy, 有D好乖好斯文。佢地共通點就係有discipline, 聽話 and kindergarten report results 都非常好。

如睇英文書, 那叫小朋友講番書內容時是要她們用中文或英文呢?

My girl is very happy at DGJS now.  She loves the school so much.

Agreed with c-wong that discipline and well behave girls are the key.  We are not old girl or related party to the school.  So my guess is that they really judge them in the interview performance (the most), confidence, presentable in speech, well behave, smart and creative.  I realised from my girl's classmates.
Also, Eng is quite crucial here as most girls are at least at academic sound.  Like reading a lot..
