小朋友要用齊兩文三語，除非用non chinese student的配額。
父母自己決定，其實見得家長已有七八成OK。就算家長誤識英文都照收。
我識三數個家長的英文程度，

我個仔啲英文"fluent", 但發音嚇死你(廣東口音), 文法也是錯的, 但勝在面皮10呎厚, 夠大膽講. 交表那天都失驚無神跑10呎去到Mr. Adams 面前 say "hello, bye"! ...
