1. 暑假期間，LS或家教會有冇小一預備班要上？
No idea for this year as the school doesn't notify parent of current students. It is highly depends on if there’s any renovation project and school policy. No need to worry as LS is just a normal primary school. Most boys can adapt very well.
2. 學校會否開辦暑假興趣班？
Yes but they are organized by PTA instead. I can't recall if those information is distributed during parent meeting or by post.
3. Is it a must to learn musical instrument?
Not compulsory but recommended to participate at least 1 sports and 1 musical instrument.
4. Is piano counted?
Yes if you are talking about music examination but there’s no piano class organized by Music Club.
5. How many boys per class?
30 at P.1 but may be gradually increased to 32-33.
6. For the 2 tests and the 2 exams, are there any ranking?
Yes, class ranking is on the school report.

Yes, from 7/15 to 8/15 for activities in LSPS & until 8/31 for activities in LSC except those activities need to use school hall as it is under renovation.

I wanna to ask some questions:
(1) Before entering P1 in Sept, is there any Summer School/ Class which are compulsory to attend in August?
(2) Is there any Mass to attend on Sundays at LSPS and is it compulsory?

1) 前年在8月尾會有幾日 "半 Day" 的預備班，比 P.1 的新生認識一下個校園同埋新朋友。
2) 喇沙只有小聖堂，並唔係堂區，再加上只有修士，沒有神父，不能舉行彌撒聖祭，所以係無主日彌撒。如果平時有宗教儀式或特別活動 (如開學彌撒)，就會在禮堂舉行彌撒，神父就係來自聖德肋撒堂的。

<there are no compulsory on sport. Today, it is mandatory requirement to swim 50m with any style by P6. There are many choices in the school: badminton, table tennis, football, basketball club, fencing, gym, atheletics, swimming..etc You kid can join more if he can finish his homework fast ...>

6月15（六）下午返校報名, 有籃球、足球、游泳、乒乓波、體操。
8月24日（六）上午9點, 為「小一新生家長會」, 學生不用參加。了解校規和評估要求, 認識班主任和科任老師。
7月12日（五）全日, 返校訂校服、買課本, 書包也有得買。也可自行購買。

無錯金X係貴少少 (真係少少)，但當你洗完校服後，再熨埋，如是者經過一段時間，你會發現一分錢一分貨。D料真係靚D，著落都醒神D。其他唔好講，就講件校褸，學校供應商的薄 chit chit，條領又未熨貼，同金X無得比!
其實亦有其他校服公司選擇，不過PE衫就無啦，一定要幫趁指定公司，出面無得買。大家取貨時要check 清楚，因為質料真係唔精神。仲有一樣要留意，就係學校的 PE 衫會甩色，頭幾次洗要小心。

School uniform can buy from 金綸 or other uniform (of they got the school badge) 。 Few years ago, we should brought the school badge to 金綸but now is ok. But the PE uniform can only buy from school supplier.

去年開始唔需要在學校換衫，可在有PE堂那天穿PE衫回校。
如果那天沒有PE堂，但亞仔要在放學後上課後活動 (如球類)，就需要帶PE衫返去，放學後在指定地方換。
另外要留意，過去的新PE衫都有甩色情況出現，所以建議新衫要先洗幾次才著，尤其係冬季PE褲。

Please call school office. They should have your record. As to how long it takes, not quite sure but it shouldn't be more than a month or so. Of course, it's better to do it earlier.
