Any comments about the 培格爾補習社 oppsite the school ? This is for Top; Middle or Low performance student ? Thanks.

我女兒 P3 - P5都是在這裡補習的，今年轉了去另一間。
這間是不停叫小朋友去重複做同一套練習和卷，做得多就會熟。成績會不會好起來就要看小朋友對這種溫習方法的接受程度。

其實學校附近有好多專補瑪利諾的補習社，各間的方法都唔同。不妨試多幾間，看看那種溫習方法適合。

全科單科也有.....在學校附近走一圈，已經有好幾間了，全是打開門做生意的，無話甚麼隱形補習社。
不過，經驗之談，補習社只是輔導性質，小測考試始終要靠父母去幫助溫習和出試題。如果以為有補習就不用自己花時間在家輔導的話，那就大錯特錯。在補習社時間有限，亦多是小組形式上課，始終都是父母才能掌握自己女兒的進度和要加強的地方。

My real experience 1.5 yrs ago.

Graceful Effort is just photocopying Form one supplementary exercises which I can buy from ordinary bookstore for my daughter when she was a p.6 student. I showed my daughter the source and she stopped going there and doing those exercises at home.

wloi is right and has told the truth.

The one I bought is Goodman Publisher "Reading Comprehension for Junior Forms".  Book 1 or book 2.

To be frank, I don't think it is a good one.

Yet, there is not much to choose from and so does Grace effort.

All i meant is the centres are not giving tailor-made or any superior things.  They also source from ordinary ways.  The parents are buying convenience at a costly price.

The rule is simple, MCS and those tutorial centres just feed the girls with one year senior materials.
