I think being half day school (and pm) may lower the interests for some families. Another main reason is because the total number of seats available is the biggest in SHCS (150 seats, at least 75 for discretionary places stage) within net 11. So, it can simply take more students compare to other school in the same district.

Need to be aware is this current year, the number of 20 points and above has finally almost reached the capacity allowed. If this continue to next year, then we may start to find some 20 points finally not being offered during first round.

I'm also worried about that too. The birth rate is higher and higher each year.

By the way, besides the school fee, is there any big differences in terms of curriculum between the private section and subsidy section?

Well, being private does allow more flexibility so they use English books one year in advance. So, P1 students need to finish P2 English in their first year. Textbooks in other subjects are also not the same.

I think there are many topics which have talked about their differences so you can listen to parents from both sections to understand more.

Up to now, around how many places already enrolled by graduates of SH kinders this year? Any ideas?

My first daughter is now 1.5 yrs old. Just want to see the chance she can enter SH pm.
I am old girls of SH pm and living in net 11. Is it I will have 25 scores for the discretionary places stage? So my girl will have big chance to enter SH pm even she will not study SHK?

First kid and mother is old girl, you have 20 point.

if you have same religion with SH, you have 25 point.

1.父／母或兄／姊為該小學的畢業生 - 10分
2.首名出生子女 - 5分
3.適齡的兒童 - 10分
唔計宗教5分,係咪應該有25分?
另想請教入到sh pm機會係咪好大?

pm class? I thought pm class is private school and it will not impacted by 15 marks/20 marks, it fully be impacted by interview, isn't it?

I thought am class is gov't subsidy and it is impacted by marks.
