好心急!!好想知道結果?如果, 我個小朋友無機會2ND IN, 學校可唔可以早D通知?

如果流程同以往一樣, 真道係等校長安排到時間, 就會CALL適合既申請人去IN, 唔會有REJECT或WAITLIST通知, 一直無電話=一直繼續等

Hi All,

We have interviewed yesterday and principal Yau gave us an offered straight away in the meeting room.

Principal Yau's assistant told us that Education Bureau approved them to have 192 P1 position and they have received more than 3000 applications.

FYI...from what i'm see is that there are couple of family failed in the 2nd interview and they all came in single with their kid, i'm not saying this is the reason but just for those people information who prepare to attend the interview that may ask for your partner to take leave from work, it can show your passion to get in to this school, this is just my opinion.

你又點知其他請人"failed" ?? 你又點知佢地係因為得一個父/母陪小朋友面試而 "failed"??
校長有講過唔會因為只得一個父/母陪仔女面試而有影響, 因為而家個社會因種種原因家庭係single parent.
最重要係整個家庭對學校認識有幾多, 同對學校嘅理念是否一樣。

nerimo：很奇怪，我從校長口中得知，跟ramirami所講很大出入，最大分別在：
1. 本年申請人數並不是3000人，這個數明顯過份誇張。
2. 第二次會面，校長根本不介意是一個家長抑或兩個家長見，上年的2nd Interview由於我不能請假，所以是我太太帶著女兒見校長，校長還跟我太太說很明白我的職業很難請假，之後就取錄了我女兒。
3. BK有不少人「扮」真道家長，請小心分辨。

Did you have chance to attend the interview in the secondary school campus? i don't think so, all parents are sit and waiting in the room with a glass door and principal Yau assistant will tell you right away after the interviewed outside the room this is of course you can see their reaction, the applicant who passed will received an offered letter and she will explain what you should know such as the consideration period and your kid name will be removed from the education bureau and of course parent have a smiling face, vise versa the applicant who failed will not receive anything and just walk away within 1 min, i believe all human being can tell who passed and who failed.

Of course i understand single parent is not the fact to failed, i also attended the briefing session, if you can recall and read clear my text (not too difficult to read), i'm giving some hints and information to the people who going to prepare for interview, you may not agree but i just share my thought and also i mentioned that this is just my opinion at the last.

People asking how many application and how many have been accepted this year so that i'm just here to share what i'm heard from the assistant, i'm try to helping people, understand buddy?

I can't see any reason why i have to registered Baby kindgom and pretending a logos parent for sharing information, if you don't believe that you and i can meet at MTR station and i will show you the offered letter, than if this is a truth, i would more happy to see you apologize in here, alright!

「3000人」的確是一個很誇張的數字，跟我從校長口中所知實在太大出入，所以才有此一問。

My friend got a call last week and her daughter was interviewed yesterday. They got the offer afterwards.

Please get some info from the staff on your interview day. How many seats remain? 50, 60 or lesser. They started the interviews from early Oct, it already 1.5 months. How long we need to wait?

At first, the staff asked me to have interview this Sat, but I cannot attend due to my work. Then she offered me to have the interview on next Tue afternoon, but need to be double confirmed the interview time.

我的孩子絕對不屬top的一群, 但學校都收, 深信學校是選match的學生。等埋自行放榜, 學校可能再見一批, 等人人都定晒學位, 再睇邊d真係有心入讀既。

我的情況跟你的一樣, 在此之前, 沒有一間學校給firm offer, 惆悵到不得了, 簡直覺得已沒有任何機會, 突然有一天, 學校來電... 顯示的號碼是2337 xxxx, 收到電果陣, 係想喊...

所以, 事情可以發展得出乎意料之外架! 加油!

我尋日in11點,大約11:25左右見校長, 我仔仔戴眼鏡!
穿黑色衫,成日走來走去嗰個！
我個女讀得開心, d 老師同員工好nice, 我女女係插班生, 九月先開始讀FS2, 班主任好主動打比我跟進女女在學校的情况,一齊幫女女適應,所以女女好怏便適應了新學校,成間學校比我一個好warm同好有heart既感覺,見到女女有進步(由怕羞變主動些), 在觀課日見到老師既教學模式好互動,d小朋友好主動不停舉手答問題,個個都好投入,我暫時都好滿意!

我對真道都有信心,依家唯有等校長交待詳情,不過我發覺有一些唔係真道家長响其他topic不停咁踩,其實如果你覺得真道好有問題,可以選擇唔報真道,冇必要又話要人等得耐,又話冇信覆,學校收生程序一向都是這樣!

希望校方真係做D野,釋除公眾疑慮,有過則改,挽回公信力,起碼俾我地安安樂樂...

明白準家長嘅心情，但由於校董會要本週後期才從外地(探訪)回港，故此校長暫時也不能繞過校董會向外界發佈任何消息，但不要太擔心，待本週過後，校方會對外作出澄清，以消公眾的疑慮。
網上「有心人」留言插真道，身為真道家長也不好受，但既然「有心人」有心要我們受更多的傷害，由得他們吧。無論「有心人」如何插，也不能改變「真道是一所好學校」的事實。
若大家是基督徒，也請為此事向主禱告。

我跟您一樣,同是準家長。現在事情已越來越清楚, 對學校的擔心也減低了許多。
心里不舒服的, 反而是眼見審計目標對象「教育局」好似非常安樂, 如果不是「教育局」無能, 那會拖累有心辦好教育的學校受批評? 我覺得, 「教育局」是有心轉移大眾焦點到各校, 這樣, 好讓「教育局」可繼續安樂。究竟「教育局」班人係搞政治, 還是搞教育? 審計處是否應該道明其審計的真正意義?!
