大家好! 25-26/11記得註冊呀! 6月會郵寄新生入學資料.

my boy & girl twins just got a place in Canossa HK but i am still struggling because Raimondi has accepted them too. this is gonna be a tough decision.

if i were you, i will send the boy to RC and the girl to Canossa. Of course there will be some inconvenience to parents to put them in diff. schools.

is your recommendation purely based on the secondary education consideration or there is definite advantage in different schools for different genders? if latter case then it is something new to me because i searched the whole forum & couldn't find anything related.

當然盡量不同校，每人都有妒忌心，在小學男普遍成績不及女，同一級時常比較下，影響小朋友

but in my daughter's cls, boys r very smart, usually in between no. 2 to no. 5....

thankyou so much. i really didn't consider this bit.

yes, I do agree my boy is lag behind his sister in terms of intellectual development from what I've observed so far. I am not trying to argue here because I ain't no expert in this field but just want to discuss openly. From the other side of same token, can I say one will prompt/inspire the other (let's not assume the girl is brighter than the boy first)? since this is more a general question rather than specific to Canossa HK, I will open a separate post in P1 school selection forum.

2 間都係好好的學校. 其實讀邊間都好啦.

首先係我唔 prefer 女生去 rc, 因為男生人數太多始終唔係幾放心. canossa 係嘉諾撒會所辦, 對學生儀容態度最為重視, 女仔讀最佳 (我比較傳統啦). 至於兒子, 受限於中學, rc 一定著數過留係 canossa 啦.

至於同學校會有比較, 我都覺得係架, 如果同校, 最好唔同班啦, 有些幼稚園都會咁安排 twins, 等佢地無得依賴/妒忌.

當然你都要考慮埋交通, rc 要交學費等等其他個人因素.

thanks for your advice. there are really lots of parameters need to consider. and fortunately (or unfortunately), I have only 2 days left to make a choice.
