Native Eng. teachers ??

I am interested in this school , can any parents share with me the eng. standard of this school ? any native english teachers ?  tks

Eng class - only 1 lesson a week ( net teacher)
other Eng Class  is Chinese but they speak in English during lesson.

math class - Chinese Math - speak in Chinese
                  English math - about 2/4 lesson per week ( I am not sure) teach in English.

General Studies - Chinese teacher but  speak in English during the class
