Say Hi to all St. Joe 's Mum...!
My son is studing P.1, I want to know that any Parent's
Day and get Exam Report before Chinese New Year?

Most of these information could be obtained from "School Calendar 2007-08" which could be downloaded from Intranet.

According to the schedule, the Parents' Day will be held on 24th Feb, after the P1 & P2 games Day. School notice will be issued if there will be any change.

Dear Derdad,

請問當日派上學期成績表, 會否有名次(分全班及全級)? 或只有分數? 阿仔要不要跟住返學拿成績表?

請問要幾多分才可以排於全級50名之內?

Only the class ranking will be listed in the result sheet. pupils are not required to go to school on that day. If you could not attend, you can appoint someone and inform the Class Teacher.

Ranking varies from year to year, depending on pupils' standard. But generally speaking, parents believe that if the pupil's average marks could reach 90.1 or above, they could rank 80 or higher.

小兒小一小二時都有陪同回校見老師,老師會當住阿仔同家長面前講他的表現,而家長日當天會有很多同學回校,在二樓禮堂有展覽及精工的書展,全班三名內的同學會張貼在壁報板上,還有速算比賽,繪畫比賽......各項比賽的得奬同學都會張貼在壁報上.

Definitely correct. I rings my bell when I was a kid. At least one of the parents have to be there together with kid. Full uniform is a must.
