hi,
not sure if you made decision. If I were you, I will select 高主教書院小學 as the relative sec sch is english sec sch while St josephe sec sch is chinese sec sch. do not mis-leading by the school name as you need to review the teaching language is chinese in the website.
also, the wai chi district got many good sec sch more than kwun tong district.
