請問你地小朋友如番上午班坐校車, 多數準備什麼早餐, 隔幾耐休息先上校車, 點防止唔嘔吐.

我會比大少飲4oz奶,1-2片餅乾或半件三文治.

囡囡依兩日乘校車番學, 都係車到嘔

, 什麼都嘔晒出來, 昨日食了小小蛋糕加水, 今日就小小蛋糕加益力多, 都係唔掂,

跟車阿姐話最盡量飲小D水, 真係可行定直頭空肚.

其實坐校車會嘔不只是因為早餐問題, 也由於車程的問題, 我昨日跟阿仔坐校車, 架車在短途內不停停車, 上車, 開車, 令人好容易有不舒服的感覺, 要慢慢適應!

我仔仔7:00飲8oz奶, 7:45出門坐車, 並跟他說茶點時一定要吃茶點! 放學果陣姐姐說他食lunch快了很多, 相信是肚餓之故.

仔仔是習慣的, 帶他出街, 通常都會在車上讓他飲奶, 仲可以兼夾眠一眠添!

不過我覺得是校車問題大d, 你有無試過自己帶返學?

Hi all,

Last yr when my son was studying K1, he would drink 8-10 oz milk when he woke up. Since this summer holiday we would rather him use cup rather than milk bottle and also take some other types of food for breakfast. Now he only drink about 5 oz using cup plus eating some conflakes in the morning. He is not quite interested in eating and does not try other food in his breakfast. Every morning I have to deal with his bad mood due to waking up early and need of going to school rather than playground. It is even more troublesome if he does not have mood to his breafast and acts against you, while the clock is keep on running and schoolbus is waiting for us.

Pls share some ways and menu for breakfast to arouse their appetite.

好後悔無由細到大訓練她坐車, 開頭番學有陪, 幾日坐校車都嘔, 食嘜嘔嘜, 攪唔掂就諗叫工人揍.
