如何決定小朋友返 '上午班' 定 '下午班'

下午班會否亦有好處呢....

有無家長本想上午班, 但被派去下午班, 其後發現有好處呢..

小朋友生活時間, 是否上午班就一定會早點瞓覺呢....

下午班小朋友係咪會遲瞓覺呢...

請有經驗的媽媽給我意見好嗎 ?

我個女而家係成11-12點才瞓, 早上約9點起身, 中午3-5午睡......
如想返上午班, 可調配嗎....還是甘大個係好難調呢?

點解好地地要從上午轉下午呀....

係呢, 返上午時, 你仔仔放學仲有無精神食午餐呀, 還是一兩口就話要午睡呢?

依家轉左下午班, 咁你點樣令佢適應呀, 晚上睡覺時間有無不同呢

When the time I know my elder son got a seat in am session of mount butler SKH and pm session of central SKH, I struggled for the decision.
My son sleep quite late, almost 11pm and he used to wake up at about 11am. If I choose am session, I think I have to change all his time table.
Finally, I chose central SKH pm session for him. And now, he get the similar schedule as before. I found that he can sleep well and finish his lunch before he go to school, so that he will not feel tired when he's in school and the way he come back. But one thing it's not good for pm session is that it's difficult for me to arrange his ECA after school. It's a little bit rush for me to bring him to the interested group after school.

My son is studying K1 pm session at DHLLC.  At the beginning, I also did not like pm session because I am afraid I need to change his living habit again since he slept and woke up ealier before studying K1.  And also, the majority will choose am session to instead.  But now I have changed my mind since my son still can sleep early (9:30pm-10pm) and wake up at 6:30am-7am.  Sometimes, he will take a short sleep before lunch.  I think all is OK and he can well-take the lunch first before go to school..... :wink:
Don't worry, the kids can adapt the living schedule easily

no, my sons need not to have nap after school and they will attend some interest class on some days. And now they get used to it.

3:00-5:00pm 訓教, 起身落樓下踏單車

我見朋友d仔女返下午, 佢地訓到11點先起身, 拿拿臨食埋午飯就返學, 唔駛食早餐既......

I think it is not absolute.  My son must wake up 7:30am every day and take the breakfast at 8am.  But he takes the lunch earlier around at 11:30am before go to school....
I think the living schedule depends on how to tune by the adults only. :wink:

係咪返上午的小朋友多數都食唔到早餐呢, 因為時間好似好趕咁喎, 返到學校咪無力囉

但返下午, 因遲起身又食唔到, 一食就係午餐 ???????

咁梗係唔係個個係咁, 只不過我d朋友都係要返工, 仔女工人湊, 工人3催4請阿大少小姐起得身黎都係咁既鐘數囉, 阿媽係電話度又唔指揮得去邊.......呵呵呵. ^_*

我小朋友現在k3只可返上午,以前返下午,時間好好多.

一直我像其他人一樣,覺得返上午好.現在可以話不是這樣.

起身弄得頭疼 (即是要早睡早起), 又食早餐, 時間好趕.
放學又倦又餓,食先,做功課先還是瞓先.

嘩, 好似真係好頭痛咁喎

我問大家呢個問題的原因, 係因為我個女多被派下午班, 亦有申請轉調上午班, 但未知得唔得, 如果唔得, 咁都要下午班, 當然返下午班可能都係好的.

因為阿女明年9月展開幼稚園生活時, 我已生下第二個小朋友, 到時應該有半歲大, 家中有工人, 婆婆會在中午到家中,

所以我要想下, 如大女返上午, 工人在早上可專心照顧bb, 直至外婆到家中, 不過佢早上可能會好忙, 因為要忙大女梳洗呀, 換衫呀咁, 一個萬一bb喊, 要飲奶奶, 咁就拿手唔成世….咁到下午大女放學, 又怕如你們所說, 都唔知食好, 瞓好定做工課好, 加上兩個一齊在家會否七國咁亂呢?

若大女返下午, 理論上可比她瞓久一點, 工人早上不用趕着工作, 但照顧bb同時可以照顧小朋友嗎? 給大女返學前的午餐, 工人如何準備呢? 買飯盒? 早一晚留飯?   不過, 到下午時分, 好似多點時間用咁, 細bb可靜瞓覺, 下午婆婆在家時, 工人可做家務或準備晚餐等…..

以上係我自己想, 好同唔好都分不清楚……有無媽媽給我多點意見呢?

我就比較仲意返下午, 以前小朋友返上午真係好趕, 特別係天氣涷, 都叫唔起身, 早餐就更加唔使講.  返下午, d小朋友都數8:30-9:00起身, 吃下粟米片同飲奶.  11:45吃午餐, 12:30上校巴.  5:30返來洗下手做功課, 7:00吃飯, 10:30瞓覺.  個工人話小朋友返下午佢時間多d.

我個女試過早上9點起身, 午餐後不給她午睡, 到約7點食晚飯時, 佢就唔願食, 還在high chair瞓着左.

初初都唔得既, 不過一星期後, 佢地就慢慢習慣.  如果7點比佢地訓, 到10:00pm佢地就唔肯訓既啦.  小朋友如果一路keep住佢地d興趣, 佢地點都唔肯訓, 我囡囡都係7:00吃飯時先想訓, 我就一路同佢講嘢 , 到佢吃完佢又唔訓啦.  到10:00佢一上床就好快訓.

Yes, i agree that it is generally more difficult to arrange ExtraCirActivities if kids go to PM classes.       Like me, my kid is free in the whole morning but can't find good classes that fit the timing to make best use of the AM.  Wasting time.  But anyway, he played lego, trains, read books, puzzles, dough...at home to spend time.

可否講妳們的小朋友什麼時間起身, 本人的小孩差不多天天 6點幾 或 7點起身, 所以本人感覺他是上午班比較好...

但幾間名校第二年及第三年 所有都是下午, 有無家長講下妳門的經驗

agree !
at the beginning they will feel sleeping when dinner time. But keep on talking with them, after they finished their dinnier, they will be ok again until 10pm
