Sometimes, we cannot know the actual 33222%.

For example,

Eng Level 3+  100%
Chin Level 3+ 90%
Maths core Level 2+ 97%
LS Level 2+  100%

If the students, failing in Maths, also got level 2 in Chin, then
33222% = 90%

If the students, failing in Maths, got Level 3 + in Chin (different students) then
33222% <90%

To conclude, 33222% <=90%

"港華校務報告寫多過72%學生取得JUPAS offer. 根據數學羅輯, 如有73.x就會寫多過73%. Inequalities and set theory 話比我知答案是 72%< Jupas Offer < 73%"

這不是數學上的推論邏輯、更不是數學上Inequalities and set theory ，而是人性上傾向(不是一定）將最好事傳千里，但不可一概而論，因為有些情況是這樣：實際數據為62.4%，但學校亦可說最少60%.....的，因為有可能以個位數0或5做分界而對外公佈

There are two band 1A schools in Tai Po District, according to Khmamas' table, that is, 聖公會莫壽增會督中學 and 迦密柏雨中學 (#601)

We find the school report for 聖公會莫壽增會督中學 in 2012/2013, but the school has not uploaded the school report since 2013/2014 (also no 2014/2015 school report). Can anyone have these reports?
One band 1B school in Tai Po, according to Khmamas' table, is 恩主教書院.
