I think in the year of dragon and rabbit most ppl will not give up as the competition is keen.  However, it seems the seats that can offer for these two years are lower than other year.  unless they still have 2 classrooms vacant now it would be hard for these two years to go to primary.

This year K2 is guarantee - this is confirmed from the K2 parents.  This year K1 is the first year that will have no guarantee.

From what i know from the K2 parents that they can still have the direct admission as the school didnt put "no guarantee" in the year they're applying.  However i cannot say on behalf on the K2 students as they should be more clear on this.
But for year of rabbit seems not enough seats if there's no change in the total no of classrooms...
